Training Corner:

QMSPL Training Corner provides technology specific as well as business-specific learning, from specialists in the industry who may be our internal experts or external experts. Topics provided by QMSPL Training Corner include software modeling, design & architecture, client/market management, interpersonal, leadership, project management and business-level subject matter -- at the foundation, intermediate and advanced levels. You'll be able to maintain a comprehensive, personalized learning path.

QMSPl offers a program for some of our newly joined developers tat is equivalent to M. E./M. Tech. At the end of evaluation, a certificate will be awarded for clearing the exam.

  • Give a call and confirm the vacancy.
  • Upload or send your resume/CV.
  • Confirm that your resume got short-listed.
  • Confirm your interview date and timing.

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Resume/CV Submission

Once we receive your resume/CV, an information regarding your resume/CV will be sent to those involved in the hiring process and your resume/CV will be entered into our central resume database for potential matches. We may be in touch with you to return regularly to keep your profile up to date and submit a resume/CV to new positions that may interest you. You may also request us to be notify you when job openings that match your criteria become available.

Step 2: Short List the Resume/CV

Those involved in the hiring process review resumes/CVs to identify the candidates whose skills, education and experience meet the requirements of the open position and resume is short-listed.

Step 3: Telephonic/Face-to-Face Interviews

Short listed candidates for the position may be invited for a phone screen or an interview to further evaluate their knowledge, skills and abilities as they relate to the open position. If you are fresher, you will be attending:

  • Aptitude test
  • Technical test
  • Basic programming skill(algorithm/flow chart generating ability) for all the developers
  • Interview
  • Attitude/Behavior analysis/assesment

Step 4: Selection Decision

Our managers or senior professionals or our specialist in the subject work hard to identify a candidate who is qualified for the position and offer that person the job.
