Quality Monitoring Control

Aim of this tool is to capture, analyze, record, monitor, control and report various parameters of networking in an enterprise system. This tool is vital from the point of managing the entire information systems such as banks where heterogeneous software and hardware from different vendors are involved. In today’s world, if you can’t manage the network means you can’t manage the business. Business communities across the world depended on the Network. Controlling the network traffic including security will be an essential part for an organization in order to provide the protection to important information of the organization. The tool/system helps the organization in managing the network traffic in a secured and effective ways. The system is intended to develop on J2EE based web technology, APIs and Java based Networking APIs.

Functional components of the project.

Following is the list of functionalities which is expected to be provided by the system. More functionality can be added to this below list.

The system is mainly used by the network administrators. It is assumed that there are Super Administrators and sub-administrators. The task carried out by the user will depend on the role.

System allows the user to login in order to interact with the system. .
When user logs in, the system displays the home page/UI as per the user privileges and roles.
System shall allow the main Administrator to have a control over the whole user community including the sub-administrators.
Administrator(main as well as sub-administrators) will be able to:
- Select the various modules mentioned in the left hand side of the screen.
- Once the Module is selected, then he/she will be able to Edit/Create/View/report/Print/Communicate various parameters based on the module selected.
